Do you service systems you didn’t install?

Yes. Any brand, any installer. We audit and document the system first, then support it like one of our own.

Do you work with homes as well as businesses?

Yes. Alarm servicing, monitoring, cameras and video intercoms for homes, up to multi-level commercial buildings.

How quickly can you come out for a fault?

We call back within 15 minutes and attend emergencies the same day. Many access control faults are fixed remotely first.

Are your technicians licensed?

Yes. Every technician holds a Ministry of Justice security licence and is police vetted. Ask to see it when they arrive.

Do you subcontract?

No. Our own technicians do every job.

What is an IQP and do I need one?

An Independent Qualified Person is registered with council to inspect specified systems on your compliance schedule, such as automatic doors (SS3.1) and access-controlled doors (SS3.2). Without the inspections there’s no Form 12A and no building WoF.
